How Lumara works

For clients

  1. Describe what you need in a request — the category, the locality, an indicative budget.
  2. Matching specialists send offers with a price and a deadline.
  3. You accept the offer that suits you; contact details are revealed and the work becomes an order.

For specialists

  1. Create your profile: service categories, the areas you serve, your portfolio.
  2. Ask for your identity or licence to be verified, to appear with the "Verified" badge.
  3. Send offers on requests posted in your categories, within the limits of your chosen plan.

What Lumara guarantees

  • Every verified specialist has had their identity or licence confirmed by a member of the team.
  • Contact details stay hidden until an offer is accepted (or according to the rule active in Settings).
  • Each request gets a limited number of offers, so it does not turn into an endless auction.

To be completed: any business-specific step (commission, support hours) the product adds later.
